    Industrial film that was not released commercially. Produced by General Motors to propagandize American industry, Hometown Story features Marilyn Monroe as a secretary to a politician who is convinced that big business is behind his election loss.

My opinion: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!  It is pathetic how is movie has been marketed.  It makes you believe that Marilyn Monroe starred in this film when in reality she is barely on the screen.  Don't even bother with this title unless you own every other movie she ever made.
