Marilyn's Library
Marilyn Monroe was a bookworm. When she died in August 1962, she left behind a library of over 400 books. These books were catalogued and auctioned off by Christies in 1999. The titles ranged from great literary works to poetry to textbooks by Freud. The list certainly dispells the myth that she was a dumb blonde.
As a book lover myself, my ambition is to read as many books as I can that Marilyn owned. I have been lucky so far to find the titles as free ebooks.
